Your availability

Your schedule is flexible and will be arranged in consultation with your manager. We are looking for colleagues who are available to work from 2:00 or 3:00 PM till 7:00 PM. 

For this vacancy is important that you are at least 16 years old.

What will you do?

At AH to go at Amsterdam Sloterdijk Station, it is always extremely busy: thousands of travelers are in a hurry but still want fast and good service. That’s why we are looking for employees who like to roll up their sleeves and enjoy making customers happy. As a store employee, you work hard and fill the shelves.

  • You help customers with the self-checkout and step in at a regular checkout when necessary.
  • You restock the bakery shelves and make sure everything looks fresh and attractive.
  • You are a team player who, together with colleagues, ensures that travelers can buy their sandwich quickly and pleasantly.

You need the following to work with us: you must already have a work permit (we will not help you with a work permit), a Dutch BSN number, a Dutch telephone number and a IBAN banknumber.

What we offer

  • Are you 21 years old or older? Then you'll earn €14.99 gross per hour, excluding any applicable allowances. If you're under 21, the youth wage according to the CAO VGL applies
  • The opportunity to receive a permanent contract after 7 months
  • A fixed number of working hours per week. Flexible shifts – this is not a typical 9-to-5 job
  • The dynamic atmosphere of a busy railway station and great colleagues
  • Up to 60% discount at various shops located at train stations
  • A possible travel allowance of up to €10.50 per day (for journeys of 10 km or more). Please note that we do not reimburse parking costs and do not provide fixed parking spaces (unless stated otherwise)
  • Would you like to combine working and learning (MBO level 3 or 4)? Then you may be eligible for a BBL work-study program. Click here for more information on our training and development page
